Wheat-Free Sunflower Crunches
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 10-15 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Combine sunflower, sesame, poppy seeds, and cranberries then blend.
- Add oil and maple syrup, and blend again.
- Roll dough into several long pieces and place them on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Notes: Experiment with different types of your favorite seeds and dried fruits!
